I'm Brooke S., the breeder behind Snead’s Cane Corso Kennel located in Altoona, AL. We offer healthy and quality companions with exceptional temperaments! We take great pride in our dogs and puppies. We strive to produce puppies with quality health and sound temperaments. Our dogs have proven to be the greatest companions to our family. We started breeding to contribute to breed betterment and to share smart and loveable puppies with other families. We do place all of our puppies/dogs under contracts.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    I started breeding years ago when I wanted to offer people quality pups with exceptional temperaments!
  • What makes your program special?

    I carefully plan and pair breedings together to insure quality and healthy pups are the result! I study pedigrees and have incorporated a lot of import/European/Italian lines into our program.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include black, black brindle, fawn, gray, and gray brindle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Brooke

Brooke has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $1,700 - $3,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.

  • Hip Dysplasia

    Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.

  • Elbow Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered), Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)

    Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
