I'm Lavonne B., the breeder behind Snowy Mt Poodles located in Roundup, MT. My husband Russell and I were born and raised in Montana. We live on a ranch with 9 children, 4 of them have flown the coop and are making lives of their own. We raise cattle, sheep, and chickens. The puppies I produce are my pride and joy.

Why did you start breeding?
It all began when my aunt began breeding Standard Poodles. She has been a great mentor of mine.What makes your program special?
I handle puppies from birth. I use Puppy Culture. I health test and breed only the best temperament, most correct hunting poodles. I have some of the oldest hunting lines. My puppies have become, service dogs, hunting dogs, and great animal partners.What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies are standard size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Hip Dysplasia

Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)

DNA Disease Panel
