I'm Chloe P., the breeder behind Soaring Springers located in Palmyra, PA. Purpose-driven English Springer Spaniel breeder focused on health, temperament, and structure. Puppies are family raised with early socialization and strong European bloodlines. We produce loyal, well-rounded companions and support our families for life.

Why did you start breeding?
We got into breeding through our love for the English Springer Spaniel and a desire to raise dogs with sound health, temperament, and purpose. What started us out was our incredible ESS, Dove. After having her we knew we wanted to preserve those bloodlines and always have a Dove pup in our household.What makes your program special?
What sets us apart is our balance of knowledge and heart. While we are well educated in animal care and breeding, we remain a small, intentional program. We do this out of love for our girl Dove, the breed, and each puppy we raise. Our focus is quality over quantity, ensuring every pup is thoughtfully raised, well-socialized, and placed with care.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include liver white and tan and black white and tan. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
Getting a puppy from Chloe
Chloe has been certified by Good Dog's screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you're ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
After buyers complete the application and screening process, Chloe partners with them to find the best puppy match.
"Puppies are matched to the family, the ESS can be a wonderful family dog but some of the puppies have a stronger hunting gene. We match that appropriately to what we see."
Price
"The price includes: Microchip, first vaccine, health exam, series of worming and an AKC registration eligable pup. All of our puppies are the same price reguardless of color."

Parent health testing
Good level

Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Vet Wellness Exam
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
PRA, Cone-Rod Dystrophy 4 (PRA-crd4)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
