Hip Dysplasia , Hip Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA), Eye Examination (rDVM, not registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA), Cardiac Evaluation (rDVM, not registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
Patellar Luxation
Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.
Sebaceous Adenitis (SA), Thyroid (Autoimmune Thyroiditis, registered with OFA)
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
PRA, Rod-Cone Degeneration (PRA-prcd), Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1A), DNA Disease Panel
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

I just want to thank Alexis for the gift that is Whitley. I decided to get Whitley after losing a puppy and needing a little companion to fill that void. Throughout the process of getting Whitley, Alexis has been so understanding and flexible in working with me. It’s only been a day but I’m head over heels for Whitley. She’s the calmest little puppy and has already been on her first flight and stayed calm and quiet throughout the whole thing. I can’t wait to see where life takes us.

+7I have to say it was a Pleasure dealing with Alexis and Eric. They helped me and my wife welcome our new new family member Gi-Gi home. Dealing with them was a great experience. They stayed in constant communication, gave clear directions to their location, respectful and overall just great people and breeders. We love our new fur baby and my wife haven't put her down since we got her. I still can't belive how tiny she is lol. Thank you all for the experience.
