I'm SONNY M., the breeder behind Sonny's Pups located in Bealeton, VA. I have been a dog trainer and breeder for 15 years. We absolutely LOVE the Havanese! They are sturdy, smart, Hypoallergenic, healthy, fun loving, eager to please and easy to train. In my opinion they are the best! They make great pets, therapy, ESA or service dogs!

Why did you start breeding?
I initially started as a trainer, adopting or buying dogs from breeders to put in our training program. We provide service dogs for military veterans, victims of domestic violence, and trafficking . We realized that we would be able to provide better quality dogs by staying in control of the breeding aspect as well as the training. For the small dogs, we found Havanese to be the perfect fit us.What makes your program special?
The parents, Trixie Lynn (Dam) and Domino (Sir), are considered family and come from champion lines. We maintain a high standard of care, ensuring they are current on all health checks and vaccinations. Puppies enjoy Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS). We follow the Puppy Culture raising program to ensure they are happy, healthy, confident, and smart, making them fully ready for their new homes.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include black and white, black and tan brindle, chocolate sable, and black and silver. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Trixie Lynn is the happiest dog in the house, she will always be the first to meet you and has proven to be an excellent mother to her litter. She is gentle and attentive even through the weening process.

domino is a lover! he will sit on your lap for hours and the groomers love him. Domino is never in a hurry and enjoys the outside no matter the weather. He obedience is spot on and he is a great ravel companion. He is great with my Grandchildren and other dogs . Hes immunizations are always up to date and he even enjoys playing with his latest litter.
