I'm Julie H., the breeder behind South Paw Doodle Co located in Madisonville, TX. Having these dogs in our lives is such a blessing. We find so much fulfillment in providing that same companionship to other homes! We treat our dogs and puppies like family, and we give each pup all the loving care that we can to prepare them for their forever homes. We are proud of our program and look forward to helping you find your next furry family member!

  • Why did you start breeding?

    We have a 11 year old Goldendoodle. She has always been such a great family dog and babysitter. It was a good time in our lives for me to be a stay at home mom again. That opened the door for me to put my heart and time into breeding.
  • What makes your program special?

    We do Puppy Culture, ESI, and litter box train our puppies.
  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our Poodle puppies include miniature and moyen sizes. Goldendoodle puppies include petite, medium, and standard sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our Poodle puppies include apricot, red, and parti. Goldendoodle puppies include apricot, red, and parti. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Julie

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and $1,500 final payment, before taxes & fees.

  • Hip Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)

    Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.

  • Elbow Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)

    Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.

  • Eye Examination (rDVM, not registered with OFA)

    Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
