Meet the breeder

I'm Megan M., the breeder behind Southern Hunters Mini Doodles located in St. George, SC. My program is founded upon love and respect for all things Poodle and Goldendoodle! We are dedicated to placing the perfect pups into loving homes. Our priority is quality over quantity. We ensure our puppies are healthy, socialized, and placed in loving homes that we have reviewed carefully. We would be honored to introduce you to your next puppy!

Q. & A. with Megan

  • Why did you start breeding?

We have been breeding for nine years. Our primary focus is to produce quality puppies from health-tested parents. We take our program seriously, knowing that our puppies will become someone's beloved pet.
  • What makes your program special?

As breeders, we feel a sense of responsibility to prioritize the overall health and temperament of each of our puppies and to ensure that they are loved and well cared for prior to joining their forever homes. Our dogs work hard, play hard, love hard, and are part of the family. We prepare all of our pups to excel in life and work hard to create an environment of harmony when raising each and every one.
  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

Our Goldendoodle puppies include miniature and medium sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our Goldendoodle puppies include apricot, red, chocolate, and parti. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
