I'm Orlando V., the breeder behind Southern Smug'lrs located in Charleston, WV. We have been involved with this wonderful breed for 30 years. We offer pups and young adults bred to the CSPCA standard. Our priorities when breeding are health, temperament, conformation, and coat. We keep in mind a variety of factors so that our breeding dogs will complement each other and produce outstanding puppies. We take pride in our dogs, our pups, and our program.

Why did you start breeding?
I had my own amazing Chinese Shar-Pei and fell in love with the breed. I wanted to do my part as a responsible breeder and produce healthy, well-rounded pups. It has been an incredible experience, and I love what I do!What makes your program special?
My program is built with love from the ground up. I care deeply about responsible breeding, and I do everything I can to ensure my dogs and puppies are getting the best care in every aspect of their lives with me.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and a kennel on my property.
