Q. & A. with Carol
Why did you start breeding?
I worked at a major Thoroughbred Farm in Kentucky, my job was breeding reports, which pedigrees benefit each other. I was able to take this knowledge into Akitas to breed the best Akitas possible.
What makes your program special?
I’m a very small kennel. Each dog gets individual attention. I’ve taken my knowledge on pedigrees and feel this is to my benefit. Having access to frozen semen allows me to bring the great Akitas back around.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and a kennel on my property.
