English Springer Spaniel
About Remi
Remi is our most versatile huntress. All business in the field, whether it’s water fowl retrieving, or upland bird she’s on it. We get the judgmental side eye when we miss a shot. Her training was a breeze, so much natural instinct she would make anyone feel like a world class dog trainer. Highly intelligent, very driven to please and a docile demeanor in the home. Very affectionate and loving. She has been featured as Bird Dog of the Day! Many of her pups have gone through professional bird dog training coming home with rave reviews and endless compliments. She has left her mark on the bird dog world!

English Springer Spaniel
About Butch
Butch is a Polish bred Springer and he’s often mistaken for a bench bred Springer. He is our number one peasant dog, incredible in the field and at home. Calm loving demeanor, highly intelligent and talks!! Butch is the dog that’s always up for an adventure but completely fine with a lazy day in the house too! Produces healthy, stout, block headed offspring. No flat headed pups here! All his pups have been more on the calm side like himself.
Good health testing
Good level
Sparks Springer Spaniels reports to performing the health tests below on their breeding dogs. Ask your breeder about the tests performed on the parents of your litter. Learn more about health testing for English Springer Spaniels.
Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
DNA Disease Panel, PRA, Cone-Rod Dystrophy 4 (PRA-crd4), DNA Profile
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
Health testing is one key piece of responsible breeding and is performed on breeding dogs to prevent the presence of heritable conditions in their puppies.
