I'm Lindsey S., the breeder behind Sperling’s Cane Corso & Mastiff Co. located in Montrose, MI. We are a small hobby breeder. My personal mentor has been breeding mastiffs for 30 years. Our main focus is temperament, behavior, good health, and dogs that are very family oriented.
Q. & A. with Lindsey
Why did you start breeding?
We got into breeding after having our first two corsos for two years. I have a mentor who has been breeding mastiffs for 30 years and we decided to breed too. It is a lot of work and time, it can be challenging but the love and hard work is so rewarding. We like to be small hobby breeders to ensure health, and not to over-populate.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include black brindle and fawn. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
