Meet the breeder

I'm Nichole L., the breeder behind Splish Splash Goldens LLC located in Peyton, CO. At Splish Splash Goldens LLC we breed for outstanding temperaments and great health. We also strive for longevity in the breed. We are dedicated to providing our puppy families a confident and intelligent puppy.

Q. & A. with Nichole

  • Why did you start breeding?

Our first golden girl is what started our journey! She was so fantastic with our young family, passed all her clearances (OFA X-rays, DNA health testing, ect..) so we decided to give it a go and base our whole program off her!
  • What makes your program special?

We make sure our breeding dogs have seen the vet before breeding. We have a contract for you to read over, you will then place a non-refundable deposit, which secures your spot on our waiting list. After the deposit is placed, you will sign the contract and you will receive a receipt of your deposit. We provide frequent updates of your puppy on our blog (on our website) with pictures and videos.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include dark golden, golden, and light golden. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Nichole was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process. From the start to after getting our wonderful puppy. I’m so thankful for finding this place and being able to give our pup a forever home. Let me say, Senua(our puppy) is the most well behaved puppy I have ever met or owned. She was confident and happy with her new home, is doing absolutely amazing with her crate training and just in general. She is so smart and already listens so well. Is doing awesome on walks and meeting new people on walk (safely of course). You can definitely see how her wonderful upbringing has contributed and sculpted her already. And not to mention the other thing, such as health and vet visits. She had all her vaccines and meds that she could have before she came home with us, Nichole was super informat about her needs when I asked what would make her comfortable for coming home, her next vet visit, her medication and is incredibly responsive if there is a concern. Overall I am so thankful I found them and so grateful our wonderful pup had such a beautiful start to life
