Meet the breeder

I'm Victoria S., the breeder behind Standard Poodle Pups located in Meadowbrook, CA. We live on 2 acres of land with lots of room for the pups to play & run around. We generally have 3-4 litters a year. Due to their excellent temperaments & intelligence, many of our pups are trained as Therapy or Service companions. We strive for beautiful, healthy Standard Poodles.

Q. & A. with Victoria

  • Why did you start breeding?

When I got my first Standard Poodle, I knew I wanted to breed Poodles with wonderful temperaments. I was very careful with the pedigrees & temperaments of all of our Moms & Dads.
  • What makes your program special?

We raise all of our Poodles in our home & have plenty of open space for them to play and grow into amazing, healthy puppies. Our pups are born in our bedroom, raised in our living room, and begin potty training outside early. Due to our pups wonderful temperaments & health, we have several pups (and now dogs) who are trained Service Dogs, Emotional Support Animals & Therapy Dogs.
  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

Our puppies are standard size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include sable, apricot, black, blue, brown, cafe au lait, cream, gray, silver, and parti. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Victoria was amazing! She is super knowledgeable about the breed and you can tell all of the dogs and puppies were loved. She was able to help me narrow it down to which few puppies to choose from since I wanted a puppy to become my service dog. Of course my Azula chose me in the end and she has been the most amazing puppy I’ve ever had in my life!! I can’t wait to see what she does in the future.

All my questions were answered fairly quickly, you can definitely tell that Victoria takes great care of her pups ! Bailey’s transition has been going so smooth so far and I couldn’t of asked for a better breeder by our side!

We had the best experience working with Victoria to bring our puppy home. She was quick to respond, communicative, and helped us feel prepared for the task of raising a new puppy. We couldn't be happier with our dog -- he has a fantastic temperament, has been easy to train, is friendly with kids and other dogs, and is happy to be out in the world with us, going to friends' houses, restaurants, car rides, etc. We love our poodle companion!
