I'm Jennifer F., the breeder behind Stay Golden located in New Jersey. Our breeding dogs are health tested and live with us or a guardian family. Our pups are born and raised in our home and handled daily. All pups are vet checked and receive initial vaccinations prior to leaving us.
Q. & A. with Jennifer
Why did you start breeding?
I became interested after talking to an acquaintance who was a hobby breeder. Our family got our first Goldendoodle almost 10 years ago and fell in love with the great qualities of this breed. I am continually striving to learn and improve as our program develops.
What makes your program special?
Our breeding dogs are treated like family. They either live with us or a guardian family and are not kept in kennels. We focus on producing healthy pups by testing our breeders. We strive to raise well-rounded pups through socialization. Our pups are handled daily and exposed to everyday household sounds. We introduce them to puppy pad and litter training at just three weeks of age.
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Goldendoodle puppies include medium and standard sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Goldendoodle puppies include cream, apricot, red, and parti. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and guardian homes.
