I'm Donna & Clarence A., the breeder behind Steal Your Heart Havanese located in Salt Lake City, UT. We want to offer the best possible start for your puppy. Parents DNA/Genetic tested. Pups receive ENS, socialization, daily touch, desensitization, daily enrichment, crate training, exposure to leash training and beginning potty training. Unique Puppy Packs go home with puppy.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    Throughout my life, I have bred Beagles, then Keeshonds & now Havanese. We enjoy helping others obtain healthy and well socialized pets for themselves.

  • What makes your program special?

    I am devoted to bringing healthy, happy, well rounded dogs to families. Our dogs are OUR FAMILY & they live a good life. While pregnant/nursing they are given excellent nutrition & vitamins to ensure healthy pups & adequate milk production to sustain the pups. We use a licensed vet for exams & vaccinations. Worm prevention by breeder. Pups are guaranteed 1 year against birth/genetic defects.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include black and white, red, chocolate, black, and black and tan. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Donna & Clarence

Donna & Clarence has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

Price

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $1,300 - $1,700 final payment, before taxes & fees.
Pay over time with Klarna.

“Includes AKC Reg. papers, photos of dam/sire/pup/litter, ENS, current vacs, 1st collar & harness, leash, food/treats, potty pads, wipes, toys, blanket, and 1 year health gtd. Deposit of $500 is required to allow selection of puppy. It is non refundable. However, should you no longer want the puppy, it may be applied to the purchase of a different puppy in our program within 1 year.”

This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.     Getting my Havanese puppy, Gus, from Donna was such a good experience. She was kind, responsive, and clearly loves her dogs. I got regular updates and photos, and it was obvious Gus was being raised in a happy, healthy home. Donna was very helpful in preparing Gus for the plane as we met at the airport. When he arrived home, he was confident, affectionate, and already used to being handled. Potty training and crate training have both been a breeze and Gus has a very calm and loving temperament. Could not suggest them more highly!

    Steal Your Heart Havanese was responsive and kept us informed about our puppy (sent lots of pictures) and figuring out pick up.
