I'm Laryssa S., the breeder behind Stefano Goldens located in West Palm Beach, FL. I am a dedicated Golden Retriever breeder, specializing in AKC European Championship bloodlines. I currently own three males—Kalvin, Neto, and Bentley—and three females—Rosey, Pandora, and Juliet. Some of my dogs are English Cream, a sought-after variety known for their stunning coat and temperament.
All of my dogs live with me in my home and are treated as family members, receiving the utmost care and pampering. I breed for the love of the breed, with a strong commitment to preserving the breed standard. I only have one litter every two years to ensure that each puppy receives the attention and care it deserves.
Each puppy is raised in a loving environment, exposed to a variety of noises, other pets, and experiences, including interactions with my two cats. This early socialization helps them grow into well-adjusted and confident dogs.
My breeding program focuses on health, temperament, and conformation to the Golden Retriever standard. I am passionate about preserving the qualities that make Golden Retrievers such incredible companions, and I take great pride in raising healthy, happy, and well-socialized puppies.
Q. & A. with Laryssa
Why did you start breeding?
I got into breeding after seeing a litter being born on my own and raising puppies since I was 12. Growing up with retrievers, mostly Labs, I developed a deep love for the breed. When I was finally able to get my own dog, I chose a Golden after thorough research.
What makes your program special?
My breeding program is unique because all my Goldens are from Brazil, where they were bred to standard and come from a champion-sired line with European Championship bloodlines. Fun fact: Neymar Jr., the soccer player, and I have a Golden from the same litter!
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
