Meet the breeder

I'm Riley S., the breeder behind Steindoodles located in Sharpsburg, GA. Providing healthy and family-friendly Aussiedoodles and Bernedoodles to loving homes all over the country. Our main focus is health, followed by temperament, and then looks! Our puppies are born in the house and are raised with ENS and puppy culture protocol to create more confident pups!

Q. & A. with Riley

  • Why did you start breeding?

With my love for animals, genetics, and witnessing new birth, I have always wanted to breed dogs since I was young. I was always told I could but only if I researched and talked with experienced breeders. As I started searching for the perfect breed, I came across the Aussiedoodle and fell in love and later added the wonderful family dog, the Bernedoodle, to our program.
  • What makes your program special?

In our breeding program, we focus on health first! All our breeding dogs are genetic & OFA tested to know that we are producing healthy offspring. Next, we focus on good-tempered dogs that are family friendly and have nice, calm, loving temperaments. We are willing to spend the extra buck in not only getting, but ensuring we have quality breeding stock.
  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

Our Bernedoodle puppies include tiny and mini sizes. Aussiedoodle puppies include toy and mini sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our Bernedoodle puppies include tri-color, phantom, blue merle, and merle. Aussiedoodle puppies include sable, blue merle, red merle, black phantom, black tri-color, red phantom, and red tri-color. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

They live in my home and guardian homes.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Steindoodles. Aurora is the perfect puppy. She is so sweet, smart, and incredibly well-adjusted. She came to me microchipped, fully vaccinated, and in great health, which made the transition into her forever home so much smoother. Riley made the entire process was seamless, and I truly felt that I was receiving a well-cared-for pup at a very reasonable price. It’s clear she came from a breeder who puts time, love, and intention into their dogs. I’m so grateful to have found Aurora through Steindoodles.
