I'm Tawni A., the breeder behind Stellar Kennels located in Guthrie, OK. We are a small show kennel dedicated to producing champions as well as quality companions. We focus on conformation, temperament and genetic health. We are AKC Breeders of Merit and have produced many AKC champions.

Why did you start breeding?
We want to do our part to better the breed. Our breeding program strives to maintain the unique characteristics of the Duck Tolling Retriever while placing an emphasis on producing puppies of superior conformation, health, and temperament. It is an honor to represent this breed and create opportunities for others to experience the same joy that we have found in raising these wonderful dogs!What makes your program special?

Our puppies are raised with love and we strive to help each one grow up with confidence so they are ready to leave with their new families. Tawni has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
Price
Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $2,500 - $3,300 final payment, before taxes & fees.
“The price includes veterinarian check-up, first vaccination, worming, microchip, AKC registration. All puppies are sold with a spay/neuter contract on limited registration. The deposit holds your puppy and is applied to the purchase price.”

Tawni may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.
