We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Elizabeth. Our puppy, Biscuit, is now 11 weeks old and an absolute joy. She is sweet, intelligent, and easy to train. She’s full of playful energy but also loves her naps, and after just the first two weeks, she started sleeping through the night with the help of her Snuggle Puppy. She’s also incredibly social and has loved everyone she’s met, including a few other dogs. Elizabeth made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Pickup was seamless, and she’s been incredibly responsive and helpful anytime I’ve had questions after bringing Biscuit home. You can tell she truly cares about her dogs and their new families. Shilo, his new name, is doing well. He has been with us about 10 days and it has been great. We are all learning together. It is Christmas eve and he has played hard with our grandchildren. One granddaughter made a nice blanket for him. I will try and paste a picture of him in this message, if I can. I guess it did not work. He is a great little puppy.
