I'm Ashley H., the breeder behind Storybook Schnauzers located in Summertown, TN. At Storybook, we strive to produce healthy, quality Miniature Schnauzers with sound temperaments. We adore our dogs and puppies! We put our all into our babies to ensure we raise the best. Our Schnauzers are inside family members the get all the loving and spoiling they deserve.

Why did you start breeding?
My breeding adventure started when I was 18 and got my first Great Dane. After devoting 14 years to these gentle giants, I retired from breeding. Then one day my daughter brought home a miniature schnauzer puppy who won over the hearts of our ENTIRE family!What makes your program special?
We are a small and family-based breeder of Miniature Schnauzers. All of our dogs and puppies live in our home with us because they are truly members of our family and loved as such. We ensure our dogs know they are loved and cherished and want our puppies to go to homes that feel this same way about these dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
Getting a puppy from Ashley
Ashley has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
Price
Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $1,300 - $2,300 final payment, before taxes & fees.
“The price is for pet homes only and includes deworming, microchip, vet exam with health certificate, food, and puppy pack. Deposits are nonrefundable, so please make sure you are committed to your Storybook puppy.”
Contract & health guarantee
Ashley may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. DNA Disease Panel
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
