I'm Sundances P., the breeder behind Sundance's Poodles located in Birchrunville, PA. We offer quality-bred puppies that make amazing companions. We hand raise each of our puppies to ensure a reliable temperament. We care about the Poodle breed and do everything in our power to mate sound dogs to ensure healthy and happy puppies. Why did you start breeding?
We wanted to put our passion for Poodles to good use. Our goal is to not only produce beautiful puppies, but to help promote responsible breeding in order to ensure that the Poodle will continue to thrive for generations to come. Breeding healthy, happy puppies is our way to give back to the breed and the families who love them. We want nothing more than to see each of our dogs and puppies shine.
What makes your program special?
In our breeding program, we produce puppies that can be both excellent working dogs and companions. We understand the importance of dog health, temperament, and structure, and every breeding decision is made accordingly. We are also constantly improving our breeding program and work closely within the Poodle community to do so.
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies are standard size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include apricot and red. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Thyroid (Autoimmune Thyroiditis, registered with OFA)
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
