I'm Julie H., the breeder behind Sunflower Poodles located in Bellwood, NE. We love to responsibly raise and train our puppies so they have the tools to be well-rounded, beloved family members. We breed to preserve the unique characteristics of this breed while considering a variety of traits, including health, conformation, and temperament. We emphasize the proper socialization and training of our puppies, and we strive to promote responsible dog ownership. We have Red and White Abstract, Apricot, and Cream colors.

Why did you start breeding?
To help fill the void of being empty-nesters, we adopted Charlie, our male toy poodle. We loved him so much we got him a companion and our program started there.What makes your program special?
Our dogs are raised on a hobby farm and are exposed to other dogs, cats, chickens and barnyard animals. The parents are genetic health tested and clean. Sire comes from champion bloodline. We doggy door train and begin the potty-training process for the new owners.What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies include miniature and moyen sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include apricot, cream, red, and parti. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?

"When you pick up your puppy, it includes AKC paperwork, folder of veterinary records, a collar and leash, a bag of their current puppy food,. I asked for a deposit because if I hold a puppy for six weeks for someone and then they decide not to get the puppy. It can be hard to find a home at that age. I do refund deposits under special circumstances."
