Brenda H.

Breeder of Goldendoodles

Meet the breeder

I'm Brenda H., the breeder behind SunnyDoodle located in Mica, WA. I am a neonatal nurse, and dogs, horses, and babies fill my life! I breed health tested, well-adjusted family dogs.

Q. & A. with Brenda

  • Why did you start breeding?

I previously have shown and bred Aussies, and love them, but do not love their shedding! I have always had a dog at my side, and discovered the wonderful temperament and low shedding of Doodles! I am breeding excellent tempered, health tested companion dogs.
  • What makes your program special?

I like to think that my pups absorb the love I have for them and in turn share it with their new family. I follow puppy culture training and work to expose the pups to children, sounds, and sights to make them well-adjusted dogs. I'm always learning and sharing my knowledge with past, current, and future puppy owners. I'm up to date on issues affecting dogs and seek to make evidence-based decisions
  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

Our puppies are medium size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

They live in my home and a kennel on my property.
