I'm Sarah E., the breeder behind Sunset Family Farm located in Garrettsville, OH. We are passionate about Bernedoodles and Poodles and look forward to sharing these dogs with others who love them just as much as we do! Our goal is to produce puppies that make wonderful companions, so we breed with a focus on health and temperament above all. Why did you start breeding?
We decided to start a breeding program because of our passion for these dogs. We have loved the entire process and are so glad to be able to provide other families and individuals with Bernedoodle puppies that will bring tons of love and joy into their lives.
What makes your program special?
We treasure each puppy in our program and give them all the attention and care that we possibly can. We work hard so our puppies can leave our home with confidence, ready to take on the world with their new family!
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our Bernedoodle puppies include mini and standard sizes. Poodle puppies include miniature and moyen sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our Bernedoodle puppies include brown and white, brown, sable, black and white, tri-color, phantom, blue merle, and merle. Poodle puppies include blue, brown, parti, and phantom. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

Puppy prices include a $250 non-refundable deposit and $2,250 final payment, before taxes & fees.

health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps
protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
Brucellosis
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
