I'm Tiffany S., the breeder behind Swann's Kennels located in Murray, UT. Home of greatness, the beginning of love, and the creation of Magic. Yes, we change lives! Here at Swann's Kennels, we take pride in the quality of our dogs. Our goal is to use proper breeding techniques to produce healthy dogs with amazing temperaments while leaving a legacy of greatness in the breed. We look forward to connecting with you!

  • Why did you start breeding?

    My sister has a child with disabilities. She was searching for a service dog for her. She found the characteristics of the labradoodle (hypoallergenic intelligent and easy-going) to be a perfect fit for her daughter's needs and her husband's allergies. Only problem, not many true Labradoodles (lots of F1's and other crazy mixes). Together she and I saw a need and we moved to fill it.

  • What makes your program special?

    Our Labradoodles are raised in our homes, they are well-socialized, cared for, and loved. We have been breeding Labradoodles for 10 years. To create a Labradoodle with the characteristics of nonshedding hypoallergenic and amazing demeanor takes patience and knowledge. We can't just throw a Lab and a Poodle together (by the way that's what we call an F1). We create magic and we guarantee it.

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our puppies include miniature, medium, and standard sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include parti, red, apricot, cream, chocolate, black, silver, and tri-color. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home and guardian homes.

Getting a puppy from Tiffany

Tiffany has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Tiffany partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Price

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $700 - $2,300 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“Our pricing starts at $1200 and varies depending on size, color, and gender. The price includes deworming, vaccines, a health guarantee, a blanket that smells like mom, puppy food, CKC registration once the pup is spay/neutered. The deposit is non-refundable, but transferrable to any other puppy or litter.”

Contract & health guarantee

Tiffany may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.     Tiffany was wonderful to work with from start to finish if this process. I am an over communicator and she took the time to respond to all of my emails and answer all of my questions. She sent tons of updates and pictures and really helped evaluate if we chose the right puppy for our needs. When I went to pick him up I could tell the environment was lovely for the dogs and that she provided great care and operates with ethical breeding practices. My puppy is exceptionally intelligent, probably one of the smartest I've ever seen. We haven't even had him for a full week and he is pretty much crate trained, he learned how to sit and lie down and responds to his name. I would highly recommend Swann's Kennels for a new puppy. If they are still breeding at that time, we will most likely come back in 4-6 years for our next.

    Our sweet, precious Miss Daisy Mae is a pure bundle of joy. She is happy every single day. And since day one, she has gone potty and poop outside! And by herself has chosen the spot she uses every single time! Thank you to Tiffany for the potty training! Oh! Plus she has learned how to use the Doggie Door! She is so smart and very quick to learn. She knows to “stay” and we are working on “leave it”. One more thing! We subscribe to Ollie and her puppy portions are given to her in small amounts mixed in with the same Kibble she was eating before.     We found our puppy Cedar, now Eddie through Tiffany and could not be happier. Our entire journey with Tiffany could not have been easier.
