I'm Nat F., the breeder behind Sweet as dessert puppies located in San Antonio, TX. We love to responsibly raise and train our puppies so they have the tools to be well-rounded, beloved family members. The foundation of our breeding program starts with raising healthy and well-loved dogs. We aim to pass the same happiness of owning a quality-bred dog to our buyers.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    I first got my yorkie and noticed all the amazing traits that the breed has and I see how my doggies can keep the breed and make it better with their amazing personalities and abilities

  • What makes your program special?

    I breed to keep the breed and make it better. I focused in their personalities and intelligence. More than tiny dogs I love to breed stronger well behave dogs that will have a positive impact in their new families, being healthy and having a great temperament

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Poodle puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our Yorkipoo puppies include white and black and gold. Morkie puppies include piebald, tan, and white. Yorkshire Terrier puppies include chocolate and tan, black and tan, and black and gold. Poodle puppies include black, parti, and phantom. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Nat

Nat has been certified by Good Dog's screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you're ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Nat partners with them to find the best puppy match.

    Wonderful breeder to work with! Nat communicates very clearly and promptly, sent us pictures and videos every week (more if we asked), and you could always tell she was taking great care of her puppies! Our Fudge (now Corey) came home this past weekend and is doing great! Happy, healthy, eats well, understands is well, and is doing great with potty training so far! Yay! He has settled in super well - we are very pleased with him, with the process, and with Nat as our breeder!

    Nat was wonderful to work with and made the transaction so easy. She sent regular pictures and videos of Ellie so that I could see her grow while I was waiting for her to be old enough to pick up. When I met Nat to pick up Ellie, she provided an entire care package including Ellie's bed, some toys, her vaccine records and vets name, and other items. Having the bed especially help Kelly settle in very quickly once I got her home, she tolerated the three and a half hour drive really well and for temperament is a testament to her treatment and attention she received by Nat. She's a wonderful puppy, great disposition and adorable and my other dog Gracie and I love her so much! Thank you. Nat, for producing such wonderful dogs!     Nat was very responsive during the entire process. I decided to fly to San Antonio to meet her at the airport, and she provided me with a nice care package and a pet passport that included my puppy’s up-to-date vaccination records. I was a bit nervous about traveling and making a payment through an app I hadn’t used before, but everything went great! I recently took my pup in for his second round of shots, and the vet confirmed he’s healthy. The only thing still on my mind is getting in touch with the owners of his siblings. I’m very grateful for how smooth everything went and for how well everything turned out. Definitely worth it!
