I'm Mary L., the breeder behind Sweet Pup Schnauzers located in North Zulch, TX. We fell in love with the breed because of their intelligence and personality. There’s hardly a better feeling than being able to share them with other families that will love them the way that we do! We live on 60 acres in Texas between Houston & Dallas, near Bryan/College Station. Come see us! All of my pups are priced as pets. If breeder rights are desired, let me know but understand price will change.
Q. & A. with Mary
Why did you start breeding?
We have had Schnauzers most of our married life and love them. We have 3 females. I don't keep a male, instead I use a male from a local respected breeder in my area. This has been a good plan for me as I've had some beautiful puppies.
What makes your program special?
I believe our breeding program is special because they are raised in my home and yet have the run of my property (60 acres) to get plenty of exercise and sunshine. I feel that is a contributing factor as to why they have easy deliveries and great temperaments.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include wheaten, white, parti, liver, salt and pepper, and black. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and guardian homes.

Here is what Deeva's puppies have to say! We are completely adorable! We love playing and wrestling, and we're so full of energy. But then we like to lay down and cuddle. We are now 12 weeks old. Where are you? We we are ready for you to take us to our permanent home. My brother is a liver parti, oooh liver doesn't sound so pretty, but really it's a rich chocolate color and he's beautiful! I, on the other hand, am black with a pretty white patch on my chest. They say my color might change a bit, but who knows? I'm going to be beautiful no matter what colors I end up being! My tiny little brother is like me and could end up being a dark salt & pepper or even black and silver. But he's about the size of a peanut 🥜, well maybe a little bigger than a peanut, but he's going to be a tiny tot. I'm supposed to be a toy size just like my liver parti brother. That means I'll probably be between 8 and 10 pounds. If you are interested in any of us, you better hurry and pick one of us out!

Cookie's litter is just turning 11 weeks old. Only two left and one is a tiny parti boy. The other is a toy size dark salt & pepper. Very playful and so cute. They are ready to go to their permanent home and will make someone very happy.

Deeva's Puppies are 6 weeks old now and went for their Vet check yesterday. Two of them are still tiny, one weighing 12 ounces, and the other weighing 1 lb 2 oz. But the other 3 are 2 lbs plus. Watching them grow and play is such a delight. That is one reason that I do this. I get to enjoy these Sweet Pups as their colors come in, and they develop their personalities, and then I get to share in the joy and excitement of their new owners when they find their permanent homes.

All the puppies are so cute, running around playing and wrestling with each other! Some have found their permanent homes, but several are waiting for that special someone. Some are 9 weeks, and some are 10 weeks.
The littles, 4 weeks old pups of Deeva and Kuto, are adorable and beginning to toddle around. Soon, they will start eating softened food. Their colors are still coming in, but it looks like some are black & silver, several parti's, either liver or black & silver parti, a couple of tiny, tiny. Better get those deposits in if you want to reserve one.

Puppies are getting sweeter every day. The blue is showing up in their eyes more clearly. Their mega coats are growing, and next week, they will get their first Vet check and groom. We only have the two males available now. The liver/chocolate is going to be much smaller than the parti. I'll be posting more pictures after their grooming.

Cookie, mom
Miniature Schnauzer
About Cookie
Cookie is a beautiful black and white parti-girl with lots of energy and loves being outside roaming our ranch. She has had 6 litters, all from natural births and readily takes good care of her puppies. She is mega coated, however because she likes being outside so much, I often keep her cut short. Her puppies have been outstanding and typically she has a few toy size and a few smaller puppies, depending of course on the male that she is bred to.

Miniature Schnauzer
About Deeva
Deeva is Registered AKC and is a chocolate (Liver) and white parti. She is an energetic, long-legged lady that is attached to me like glue. She has a sweet and curious personality, always wishing she could be alpha dog but knows she can't with my little spitfire, Cookie around. Produces outstanding puppies, from Parti colors to liver in a variety of sizes and personalities.

Mary was a delight to work with as we acquired our 8th miniature Schnauzer. She was very professional and easy to work with and is obviously a responsible breeder and not a puppy mill. We were able to meet our schnauzer at 6 weeks and also meet the dam. Our Schnauzer was well socialized and seems to love everyone. Mary deliver her with a full vaccine history, microchip information and initial grooming. She has now visited our veterinarian and was given a very good report.

I adopted my puppy Violet in January and I couldn’t be happier. She was already crate and potty trained when I got her. Mary is an excellent breeder that I recommend 100%! She’s accommodating and very knowledgeable of the pups and their needs.

Working with Mary was super easy and accessible. She responded fast and answered all of my questions even after I received my sweet baby girl. Mary was super flexible about pick-up location and we were able to meet in the middle which was super convenient for me. Gemma came home very curious and ready to play, we had no trouble crate training her at all. We’re beginning to see more and more of sweet baby Gemma’s personality everyday. Right now Gemma’s favorite thing to do is play with her big sister Rosie Melody and chase balls around the house.

Mary was great to work with. She communicated in a timely fashion, answered all our questions and most importantly helped us find our healthy little girl. When picking our girl up, Mary made sure we had the opportunity to meet her mother and siblings. In just a few short weeks, Tessa has settled into our family and is growing bigger everyday. Thank you Mary!
