I'm Brody T., the breeder behind Swell Corgis located in Brandon, FL. Our dogs are bred for health with a focus on nutrition, temperament & socialization. We’re dedicated to providing excellent, adaptable family companions. Pups are introduced to all kinds from cats to babies & everything in between. Mom is 100% Pure Pembroke, Dad is 89% Pure Pembroke, 11% Cardigan.

Why did you start breeding?
As life long animal lovers, owners, trainers, & rescuers, this ancient breed captured our hearts like no other. Corgis have big ears, big hearts and even bigger personalities. We are a small home breeder with a passion for optimal health, nutrition and socialization to produce well rounded, even tempered family companions. Parents are health tested and clear from breed related health concerns.What makes your program special?
Parents are family pets & pups are hand raised in our home and exposed to all elements of family life. We only produce one litter a year. Health begins with Mom. We use prenatal & multivitamins from conception through weaning. We supplement with goat milk to boost calcium during pups development to support strong ears & bones. We begin pee pad & outdoor training early to ensure easy transition.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our American Corgi puppies include red merle and white, sable merle and white, black and tan, and blue merle and white. Pembroke Welsh Corgi puppies are black and tan. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?

Getting a puppy from Brody
Brody has been certified by Good Dog's screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you're ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
After buyers complete the application and screening process, Brody partners with them to find the best puppy match.
"This is a rare case for us where one of our dogs homes did not work out. We want to be sure that he is going to his permanent fur-ever home. He is still a puppy. Ideally the adaptor would have experience with Corgi’s a fenced yard and available time for training and a daily routine that includes walks "

Program update on 17 Mar •Surprise!!!! (Hoss came back to the ponderosa) We have a returned 10 month old boy. The family that adopted him got pregnant again and decided they could not keep him. With the growing family, they could not make the time for him anymore. So, we are looking to rehome this young gentleman. He is crate trained and housebroken. He sits on command, and is a good leash walker. We are working with him to increase his discipline as he is a young puppy still. We’re getting him neutered on Friday. There is a rehoming fee. Please contact me if you are interested.

Litter update on 10 Aug 2025 •Joe is becoming the best little man. He is an excellent fetcher, he is experienced in car rides, he’s very good at walking on the leash. He even does his business outside apply for Joe today before it’s too late. We have turned on the payment plans.

Litter update on 06 Aug 2025 •I really don’t know what’s going on. You obviously haven’t met Joe. He’s my last dog. He’s the best dog of my breed. Honestly, I might take him off line because I might just keep him because Joe is honestly amazing. I don’t understand why he hasn’t sold. He should’ve been one of the first.

About Trixie
Beatrix means “Bringer of Joy”. She has fulfilled her name and more since the day she came home with us. She is spunky, clever and full of sass. In true Corgi form, she has a mind of her own and is pretty sure it’s the world according to Trixie. She loves to chat and share her strong opinions about everything. She loves to share snacks and cuddle and will swim in any body of water whether it’s a pond, River, or puddle.

About Caius
Caius is Latin for “Be Joyful”. Every time you look at his sweet face, joy swells in your heart. Caius is a farm boy from the Rocky Mountains of Alberta, Canada. He has a big dog bark, but is soft and squishy through and through. He has an amazingly sweet, laid back demeanour. He just wants to go with the flow and is happiest when you are touching him. He loves Trixie, his cats, babies, and wants to be best friends with everyone he meets. His dad was a Sable, 100% Pembroke Welsh from working lines. His Mom was a blue Merle American Corgi , 80+% Pure Pembroke with 1/8th Cardigan. Caius inherited his spots and one blue eye from her.

Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

Michelle and Brody were amazing from the beginning! We set up a time to come meet the puppies with one already in mind and we fell in love. You can tell Michelle and Brody care so much for their corgis as well as the homes their puppies go to. I was constantly given updates and pictures until we brought our little boy home. I truly believe that training our puppy has gone so smoothly thanks to the early exposure of good habits from his parents and love poured into him from his first breath. Michelle answered every question we had and worked with us every step of the way. I can’t thank them enough for our happy healthy corgi!
