Meet the breeder

I'm Sophie B., the breeder behind Teddy Doodles & Standard Poodles located in Ontario, CA. You are adding a family member, not just a pet! We offer top-quality loving family puppies; we focus on bringing a healthy, happy, great temperament dog to your family. We believe dogs make the world a better place!

Q. & A. with Sophie

  • Why did you start breeding?

I have a special needs sister and it all started from there.. I had my first Goldendoodle litter (2015) because I want a service Doodle to help her daily. When their DNA and OFA came back in perfect condition, we decided to have our first Goldendoodle litter (2015) and it was a huge success! Today we still follow up on these methods, and we know how important these procedures are to dog breeding. We never take it easily!
  • What makes your program special?

My dogs are my everything! I'm very proud to provide the best education and services to families who love dogs. I follow closely after the pups are sent to their new homes, and I offer lifetime breeder support for every pup I brought to this wonderful world. I offer to babysit when the new owners need to travel at short notice and hold annual gatherings for siblings. I and my extended Doodle Families have a very solid foundation of trust.
  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

Goldendoodle puppies include miniature, medium, and standard sizes. Aussiedoodle puppies include mini and standard sizes. Bernedoodle puppies include mini, medium, and standard sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Goldendoodle puppies include cream, apricot, red, and black. Aussiedoodle puppies include blue merle, red merle, black tri-color, red phantom, and red tri-color. Bernedoodle puppies include sable, black and white, tri-color, phantom, and merle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

They live in my home and guardian homes.

Sophie was extremely easy to work with and you can tell she loves these pups. She allowed me to come visit, since I was local, so we could get to know our little guy before we took him home! She prepares a large goodie bag to take home so you have some of the essentials ready! Sonny (Brock) has been such a fun addition to our home!

Sophie was very pleasant to work with and very accommodating. She was communicative with sending photos and videos of the dog prior to pick up day. She answered many questions I had about Bernedoodles and the different kinds, and the hair types was very informative. She made the pickup easy and worked with me until the day of pick up. We are happy with our little Bernedood pup!

We had an amazing experience with our dog breeder, Sophie, and are so grateful for everything she did to help our family find our dream dog—a micro Bernedoodle named Rocky. From the very beginning, Sophie was patient, knowledgeable, and truly cared about matching us with the right puppy for our family. She took the time to answer all of our questions, guided us through the entire process, and made sure we felt confident and supported every step of the way. Rocky is healthy, loving, and has the sweetest temperament. You can truly tell Sophie raises her dogs with so much care and love. We couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend her to any family looking for a responsible and trustworthy breeder.

Sophie was very responsive from start to finish. We were able to FaceTime every week so we could watch him grow. Good Dog was a great company to work with. We just love our Bernerdoodle.

Sophie was a joy to work with. She was responsive and thorough, answering all our questions promptly. She made us feel so comfortable. We were invited to her [spotless] home twice before actually taking home our Tula (Princess Peach). Sophie even prepared a large goodie bag with several meals to go home with our new puppy. Tula was the most shy and quiet pup of the litter, but she has blossomed and literally hops around, playing and being a part of our family. It's hard to describe the incredible gratitude I have for Sophie and the love she puts into all her mama dogs and puppies.

Sophie is probably one of the best breeders I’ve ever encountered! Not only was she so responsive and so detailed in everything - she truly cares about every single dog that is born with her. She supported me as a new pup owner throughout the entire experience and I truly cannot imagine what this process would’ve been like with anyone else. I recommend her a thousand times over. Also does she not have the cutest teddy bear pups?
