I'm Teena R., the breeder behind Teena Roth's German Shepherds located in Illinois. Our studs excel both in and out of the show ring. They are outstanding representations of the breed and have wonderful temperaments. We are very conscious about who we offer our stud services to and always ensure that each pairing will produce healthy puppies with great temperaments and structure. We are proud to have a part in preserving this historic breed.

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Multiple Drug Sensitivity (MDR1), Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1A)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
