I'm Deb L., the breeder behind Tempus Fugit located in Myers Flat, CA. We hold ourselves to the highest standard when it comes to our dogs and our policies. We take responsible breeding very seriously. Our mission as breeders is to preserve the integrity of the Miniature American Shepherds.

Why did you start breeding?
What makes your program special?
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Where do your breeding dogs live?

Deb has been certified by Good Dog's screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you're ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Deb partners with buyers to find the best match as the puppies develop and their personalities take shape. Typically, matches are finalized when the puppies reach about 7 weeks old.
"Our puppies are matched to the buyer. We interview you. We have been living with the puppies from birth. We match by temperament and energy level. An easy-going family would do best with an easy going dog. A busy family would do best with a busy dog. This is why we do not place pups based on coat color or gender. This method helps ensure that everyone is happy for a lifetime and it is a good fit. We do take back any dog that is bred by us for their whole lives. It is our goal to make sure that rarely happens. "

"The price includes registration, well puppy vet visit, age-appropriate vaccinations, CERF Eye exam, Embark DNA test results, microchip, contract, and welcome puppy package. All our puppies are the same price. Sex or color is not a factor."
Deb may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. If Deb offers a contract or guarantee, the details will be personalized by them. If you have any questions or want to know more, don't hesitate to reach out to Deb directly.
