I'm Terra S., the breeder behind Terra's Swann's Kennels located in St George, UT. I have 14 years of experience breeding Labradoodles, I am committed to responsible, ethical breeding , I prioritize health, structure, and temperament. I ensure each puppy receives the individual care, attention, and socialization they need. They are raised in my home, where they are a part of my family from day one.

Why did you start breeding?
My sweet daughter was born with constant ear infections that went un-diagnosed for 3 years. She couldn't hear and so we began the heart wrenching task of trying to plan and find a diagnosis for her. I got my first Labradoodle Kona with the express purpose to train him to retrieve her when she wandered off. He was heaven sent, and I began to share my love of Labradoodles with others in need.What makes your program special?
My level of intention, experience, and hands-on care. Over 14 years dedicated specifically to Labradoodles, I know the breed and built it on consistency, not trends. As a home-based breeder, my puppies are raised in a real-life environment with daily interaction, early exposure, and individualized attention. I value long-term commitment—not just to my dogs, but to the families who welcome them.What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies include miniature, medium, and standard sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include parti, caramel, red, apricot, cream, chalk, chocolate, parchment, black, silver, and tri-color. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and guardian homes.
Getting a puppy from Terra
Terra has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.
After buyers complete the application and screening process, Terra partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Price
“This price includes a $500 reservation deposit, shots, microchip, dewormer, blanket from mom, goodie bag, birth certificate. Deposit marks pup as reserved. non-refundable, but transferrrable to a different pup from me.”

About Moka
Moka’s a sweet, easygoing dog who’s amazing with kids and families. Most of the time she’s calm and patient, but she lights up when people come over or when it’s time for a walk or a game of fetch with her discs. She’s got a goofy side too — she does little spin jumps when she’s excited, zoomies around the house, and those funny head tilts when you talk to her like she really understands every word. Her golden eyes and long dark lashes always stand out, along with her cute brown nose. Her coat changes shades depending on its length — darker when it’s grown out, lighter after grooming — and it’s gotten a bit lighter overall as she’s gotten older. She’s the perfect mix of calm, playful, and just the right amount of quirky.

About Dodger
Dodger is a playful loving little guy that is always up for walks and giving great snuggles. He has sired many of our litters over the years and has created some amazing pups. He is CKC certified and has been genectically health tested and clear of any genetic issues.

Hip Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered), Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered), Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Eye Examination (rDVM, not registered with OFA), Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Cardiac Evaluation (rDVM, not registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
Vet Wellness Exam
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
Exercise Induced Collapse (EIC), DNA Disease Panel, PRA, Rod-Cone Degeneration (PRA-prcd)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
