Why did you start breeding?
I decided to go into breeding because I really wanted to keep one of the puppies. After extensive research, I take very good care of my dogs and they eat very expensive high quality grass fed organic foods. Therefore, I knew that a puppy from one of mine would be extremely healthy. Lisa has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

“Puppies will have been fed high quality raw food. And will have had plenty of love. Really prefer holistic future homes that plan to continue raw feeding. Steve’s BARF if what they’ll be started on. This deposit will reserve 1 puppy of the sex chosen. If you change your mind there will be no refunds. Sorry. Once deposit is made I turn away potential buyers. Thank you for your understanding.”

Hip Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Eye Examination (rDVM, not registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Cardiac Evaluation (rDVM, not registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
DNA Disease Panel, Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1A), PRA, Rod-Cone Degeneration (PRA-prcd), von Willebrand Disease I (vWD I), Neonatal Encephalopathy with Seizures (NEwS)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

We cannot say enough about Texas Hill Country Doodles! My husband and I have been dog owners in the past but were heartbroken over losing our dogs several years ago and just recently felt open to having a pup in our home again. Three weeks ago I flew to pick up my puppy Blue from Texas Hill Country Doodles, and it was an amazing experience. Lisa is incredibly attentive, caring, and protective of her puppies. She truly focuses on their health, nutrition, and overall well-being. When we arrived, Lisa had prepared a beautiful bag with food, goodies, and everything needed for a smooth trip home. She took the time to explain Blue’s routine, personality, likes, and reviewed his medical history in detail. She even stayed with us to make sure Blue was happy and comfortable before we left. It’s clear how much she truly loves and cares for each of her puppies. Even after we left, she continued to check in, making sure that BLUE was happy, healthy, and eating well, she even shared wonderful nutrition tips. BLUE is a boy, and we named him Charley. After losing my 14-year-old dog, bringing Charley home filled a huge space in my heart. He is now part of our family and is happy, loving, and thriving.
