Texas Top Notch Frechies

Kristen H.

Breeder of French Bulldogs

Meet the breeder

I'm Kristen H., the breeder behind Texas Top Notch Frechies located in Tyler, TX. We strive to only produce top quality offspring from healthy parents with health and temperament being first and foremost. We commit ourselves to preparing each one of our puppies to thrive in their new homes, and we enjoy working with their new families so that they can raise their beloved companions with confidence!

Q. & A. with Kristen

  • Why did you start breeding?

I grew up around dogs my entire life. I started breeding dogs back in 2002 and eventually transitioned into the best breed ever (French Bulldogs) in 2013. I absolutely love this breed and their comical, quirky personalities! A lot of work is involved in breeding and raising a litter but well worth it in the end.
  • What makes your program special?

The importance I place on healthy dogs I believe would be the main thing that makes my program special. I am very particular on the dogs that I incorporate into my breeding program and only want dogs with the correct structure, great health and ideal temperaments used for breeding and producing superb offspring.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include brindle, cream, and fawn. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
