• Why did you start breeding?

  I have always loved dogs and have owned both Poodles and Golden Retrievers. I originally became interested in Goldendoodles because I wanted to see for myself what all the hype was about—and once I raised them, I completely understood! I fell in love with their sweet, playful personalities and the combination of the wonderful Golden Retriever temperament with a coat that typically sheds much less. Whether standard or miniature, the Goldendoodles we have raised have always loved farm life, playing ball, getting in the water, and being right in the middle of whatever the family is doing. Over the years, my breeding program has grown to include other breeds that I love, but my goal has remained the same: raise healthy, happy puppies with wonderful temperaments that will become incredible family dogs.

• What makes your program special?

  I am very selective about the dogs I breed. My breeding dogs are registered and health tested, but not every dog that passes health testing is bred. Temperament matters tremendously to me. I want confident, affectionate, intelligent dogs that genuinely enjoy people and family life. I also use principles from the Puppy Culture program to give our puppies age-appropriate socialization and experiences that help build confidence and prepare them for life with their new families. I don't consider my job finished when a puppy leaves my home. I enjoy developing relationships with my puppy families and being someone they can reach out to with questions as their puppy grows.

• What are the different breed sizes in your program?

  Our Cockapoo puppies are mini size. Goldendoodle puppies are miniature size. Shihpoo puppies are mini size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

• What are the different breed coat types in your program?

  Chihuahua puppies include smooth and long coat varieties. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.

• What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

  Goldendoodle puppies include cream and apricot. Shihpoo puppies include brown and black and white. Chihuahua puppies include blue merle, gold and white, and black and tan. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

• Where do your breeding dogs live?

  They live in my home and a kennel on my property.
