



I'm Karlie P., the breeder behind The Collective located in Plato, MO. Our dogs are our family members, and we want to make sure that our puppies are yours as well. We test for all genetic and health issues connected to the breed and make sure that all our puppies are interacted with from birth. The most important goal is bringing a healthy member into your family.

“The price includes pre-AKC registration of either limited or full registration, first round of vaccinations, de-worming, genetic information on both parents and a health guarantee. All puppies are the same price, regardless of coloring. We ask for a deposit to hold the puppy and put it towards the total amount.”

About Margo
Margo is a female Pembroke Welsh Corgi. Carefully selected as a great representative of her breed, Karlie decided to make her part of their program. Karlie has passed Good Dog’s screening process, which involved a review of their breeding practices, environment, and the mental and physical health of their dogs.

Hip Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered), Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Eye Examination (rDVM, not registered with OFA), Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Cardiac Evaluation (rDVM, not registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
Patellar Luxation
Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.
DNA Disease Panel, Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1A), Exercise Induced Collapse (EIC), von Willebrand Disease I (vWD I)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
