I'm William G., the breeder behind The Hounds of Merry Music located in Mc Clellandtown, PA. The Hounds of Merry Music is a kennel that is devoted to breeding Beagles for show and as pets. It is our goal to breed Beagles to the standard of the National Beagle Club & the American Kennel Club. We are considered a small show kennel that breeds for quality in our puppies.

Why did you start breeding?
I have owned Beagles all of my life, starting with my grandfather taking me hunting with his Beagle. My desire to breed blossomed from there. Through the years, I have hunted, have been an active member of the Keystone & Waynesburg Beagle Clubs, and have participated in the brace field trials.What makes your program special?
Currently, I am a Supporting Member of the National Beagle Club and an approved mentor. I am very dedicated to the Beagle, being very cognizant of the breed's type and functionality. We also breed Beagle puppies for AKC All Breed shows. We have many AKC show champions from Beagle puppies that we have bred.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and a kennel on my property.

Neonatal Cortical Cerebellar Degeneration (NCCD), Musladin-Leuke Syndrome (MLS)
