I'm Amber S., the breeder behind The Land of Dobermans located in Cleveland, OH. Our high-quality puppies are the result of extensive research and thorough care for our outstanding dogs and puppies. As breeders, we are very selective in our breeding decisions. We prioritize maintaining a manageable breeding program to allow individual socialization of each puppy.

Why did you start breeding?
My journey into breeding began with my love for dogs and my experience as a veterinary technician. I went on to breed Huskies for 9 years, gaining hands-on experience in health, whelping, and puppy development. My passion eventually led me to Dobermans, where I’m committed to building a thoughtful, responsible program
What makes your program special?
We breed with purpose—not just for looks, but for healthy, confident, well-tempered Dobermans. Our puppies are raised with love, early socialization, and individual attention in a family environment. We prioritize quality, responsible breeding, and finding each puppy a loving home where they can truly thrive.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Amber

Amber has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Amber partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Price

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $1,900 - $2,700 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“Price includes tail dock, dewclaw removal, vet check, first shots, multiple dewormings and we also send puppy home with a gift bag with food and toys etc. Limited AKC (pet only) and natural ears $2400 Limited AKC (pet only) $2900 Full AKC (case by case) and natural ears $2700 Full AKC (case by case) and cropped ears $3200. Deposits are non refundable. We do require deposit at the time of picking your puppy to reserve your puppy of choice.”

Amber may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.
