I'm Katherine P., the breeder behind Timber Trail Bernedoodles RI located in Coventry, RI. Our dogs are our beloved companions. We care deeply about this breed and are proud to be responsible Bernedoodle breeders. We ensure the health and well-being of all of our dogs. It’s our top priority to make sure each of our puppy families welcomes a happy and healthy new family member into their homes!

  • Why did you start breeding?

    My mother in law is a long time breeder of German Shepherds so I have spent many years watching and assisting with my medical background when needed. A few years ago when we got our dog Stella we fell in love with the Bernedoodle breed and decided to share our love of their puppies with others!

  • What makes your program special?

    We are special because we are a home breeder. Our puppies are raised meeting lots of different people, and being held by children since day 1. Our pups are a part of our family. Both mom and dad have had DNA testing, and are in excellent health.

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our puppies are mini size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies are tri-color. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

    Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
