I'm Jerry I., the breeder behind Tntowne Miniature American Shepherds located in Marshfield, MO. When selecting dogs to breed we look at temperament, physical soundness, all health and genetic testing is completed before breeding. We breed for excellent healthy puppies so they have a great long lived future for there families. Our dogs live in our home.

Why did you start breeding?
Enjoying the life that you were responsible for bringing in to the world watching it grow, learn and becoming something magnificent in the eyes of whom love it. We don't breed as often as some. But when we do our puppies are exceptional. Most being claimed before they are even born.
What makes your program special?
I breed for healthy structurally sound offspring. Hopefully to grow into the most versatile dog for there people.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include red tri-color, black tri, red merle, and blue merle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

About Jewel
Jewel loves everyone, hands were meant for petting as far as she cares. She enjoys an occasional romp in the yard and practicing her obedience, agility, and so much more. She also lives to cuddle. Jewel has all her recommended DNA health clearances, OFA Hips, elbows, eyes. This litter has has been in the planning for a couple years, expecting all colors.

Hip Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered), Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
