I'm Felicia H., the breeder behind Top Billin' Frenchies, LLC located in Hemlock, MI. For over a decade, I’ve dreamt of breeding bulldogs. That passion began the day I fell in love with my very first English Bulldog. It took me five years to convince my hubby to take this leap with me, but persistence paid off. Today, after pouring my heart, energy, and every resource I could into this venture, I’m finally close to the vision I held all those years ago. You might wonder—why am I so determined to do this? The answer is deeply personal. I’ve lived with a physical disability since adolescence, when a drunk driving accident left me reliant on a wheelchair. Like anyone else, I have big dreams: to build something of my own, to contribute financially to my family. That’s why this isn’t just a business for me—it’s my purpose. Breeding ethically, responsibly, and with love allows me to preserve and improve the bulldog breed, while also creating families’ forever best friends. There is nothing like the joy of placing a puppy in their new owner’s arms and seeing that instant connection. Prior to breeding the parents are genetically tested, the pups will come AKC certified, genetically sound, health-cleared, fully vaccinated & wormed, and covered by a 1-year health guarantee. Our pawrents are carefully chosen because quality and care are non-negotiable here. Our puppies dont come cheap by all means—because of all thats invested into them. They’re lifelong companions, raised with intention and love. For those outside our area, we’re even willing to hand-deliver your future bestie to ensure they arrive safe and sound.
