I'm Amber M., the breeder behind Top Notch K & K Farms located in New Effington, SD. I'm a home-based hobby breeder of quality basset hound puppies! I focus on health and genetics to ensure happy, well-rounded bassets! I have two intact females and an intact male that live in our home and are our family pets.

Why did you start breeding?
My parents raised dogs throughout my childhood. My dogs have brought me so much joy and happiness that I wanted to give back to them by producing the highest quality dogs and providing them a wonderful life with wonderful families. It is such an honor to preserve the line of these incredible dogs all the while creating companionship for others!What makes your program special?
My program is special because my dogs are raised in my home with all kinds of love and care. My breeding program stands out amongst others because of the personal attention I give to every detail of the journey. “Also included are limited AKC registration papers and two sets of vaccinations and dewormings. Puppies are sold on a return contract. The deposit is non-refundable unless there is a problem on my end and I cannot provide you with a puppy.”
