I'm Kate M., the breeder behind Topaz Daisy Kennels located in Lubbock, TX. We are a small, in-home breeding program where we prioritize giving each dog and puppy the best care that we can. Our dogs are tested for DM, EIC, VWD-1 and PRA-RCD3 as well as OFA hips and elbows. We cherish all of our fur babies and enjoy sharing this sweet and amazing breed with others!
Q. & A. with Kate
Why did you start breeding?
I wanted to help produce a well rounded, healthy and beautiful corgi. Our dogs are a part of our family, they live with us in our house and our pets before anything else. They are health tested for several different genetic diseases (DM, EIC, PRA-RCD3 & VWD-1). We care deeply about the puppies we produce and want to ensure they go to loving, permanent homes.
What makes your program special?
We have championship lines from Lithuania & Russia. Maverick, our stud is currently showing. Our new dam was imported from Lithuania and will produce her first litter in spring of 2025.
For our American's we incorporate those beautiful Pembroke traits along with the incredible intellect of the American corgi from ranch working lines to create a pet who is loyal, beautiful and healthy.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies are white and red. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Kate was such a great breeder! She took so much care of the litter and the puppy I took home, you can tell she really cares about her pups. All the information she provides and all the care that she puts into this.
