I'm Josslyn L., the breeder behind Tri County Frenchies located in Redding, CA. I’ve been breeding French Bulldogs since 2016. Our dogs are raised on 4 acres in Northern California and are part of our family. We focus on healthy, well-socialized puppies with excellent temperaments and carefully match them with loving homes.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    My passion for bully breeds began in 2007 when I started helping a friend with his kennel. Through that experience, I developed a deep appreciation for the breed and became committed to learning about responsible breeding, puppy development, and lifelong canine care. In 2016, I began my own breeding program.

  • What makes your program special?

    We intentionally keep our program small so every dog receives individual attention and care. We focus on healthy, well-socialized family companions and carefully match puppies with the right homes. We do not sell breeding rights, helping ensure our puppies remain cherished family members. Our dogs are raised in our home and are part of our family. We provide lifetime support to our puppy families.

Getting a puppy from Josslyn

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Josslyn partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $3,000 - $4,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.

This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.   • Multifocal Retinopathy 1 (CMR1), Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1A), Hyperuricosuria (HUU), VetGen DNA Testing

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
