Meet the breeder

I'm Dena D., the breeder behind Triple D Goldens located in Watkins, CO. Matching our puppies with the right families is our top priority. We've already taken every possible step to ensure the health and well-being of our dogs. Our next step is to make sure you get to welcome a happy, healthy, w-mannered new family member that is ready to integrate into your home!

Q. & A. with Dena

  • Why did you start breeding?

We decided to breed our dogs when a friend approached us with the idea. We want to continue a pure, healthy, well-mannered bloodline that will allow each dog and their new family to grow together and make beautiful new memories for a long time. We can provide healthy, happy family dogs and fully enriched puppies because of it. A bonus has been, making the friendships we have with the new families.
  • What makes your program special?

We spend over 30 hours with our 9-week program puppies and around 100 hours with our extended program puppies. They see, hear, feel, experience and socialize as much as they can to ensure you get a confident puppy that is ready to join your world. We work on leash, potty and crate training. From 4 weeks on they get to play and explore the world around them outside with us - rain or shine.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies are light golden. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
