Meet the breeder

I'm Aleesha M., the breeder behind Triple M Ranch Corgi's located in Grass Valley, CA. We started breeding with the simple mission to breed the very best dogs that we can, to raise them with love, and to find them the perfect future homes. We have done lots of DNA & Disease testing on our breeders to make sure we sell the bet quality puppies that we can. We put a lot of time into our pairings.

Q. & A. with Aleesha

  • Why did you start breeding?

I was introduced to breed dogs by my step mom at a young age. I was intrigued by the goal of trying to create the "perfect puppy" with low DNA health issues, great temperaments and breeding the natural instincts and breed standards. Once I became a mom (in 2003) I quit breeding to concentrate on my own 4 children. I have always yearned to get back into it. I researched breeds for over a year and then purchased our female Lainey in 2024 after searching for a somewhat local breeder with clear health testing. I fell in love with the dual purpose Corgi because they can be used as working dogs for herding on sheep on our Ranch but they are also amazing family pets! Since getting Lainey and Wilson I have fallen in love with the breed even more! They are the perfect size to go on vacation with us or even to just jump in the backseat to go pick up the kids from school. Lainey went to every sports event, vacation, 4H meetings, our county fair and more. Both Lainey and Wilson are very very socialized! And most of the local kids in our community know and love them!
  • What makes your program special?

Our dogs are our babies. They aren't outside in a puppy breeding mill. We plan to only breed our females once a year. (We are looking into getting 1 more female with the perfect DNA to add to our breeding program.) My elementary school age children are very involved in our breeding program. Their friends and family members will visit often working to create the best socialized puppies. Puppies are born in our house and live in our guest room until they are old enough to come out of the whelping box. We also have numerous farm animals that your puppy will be exposed to from a young age. Because the puppies are in our house we are able to see their personalities very early on. Weather you are looking for a working Corgi for your ranch or just a family pet to snuggle we will be able to direct you to the perfect puppy to suit your lifestyle.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include sable and black and tan. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
