I'm David C., the breeder behind Tru Cal Aussies located in Placentia, CA. I strive to produce outstanding puppies that are structurally sound, healthy, intuitive and have wonderful temperaments. As a breeder, I feel a sense of responsibility to prioritize the overall health and temperament of each of my puppies and to ensure that they are loved and well cared for prior to joining their forever homes.

Why did you start breeding?
I have always loved dogs and was excited to establish my breeding program. I have loved the journey, and I am always working hard to learn more and improve every day. It's a personal passion and hobby of mine to help spread love and joy through breeding Mini Aussies.What makes your program special?
I do everything I can to ensure my puppies have everything they need to develop into healthy and happy dogs. My dogs are raised in my home, and I make sure to give them plenty of care and attention. In my breeding program, good health and temperament are essential, cuteness is guaranteed, and lots of love is always included.Where do your breeding dogs live?

Dixie, is a mahogany red tri Miniature Australian Shepherd, her energetic and boasting a rich, warm brown coat accented by striking white markings on her chest and paws along with warm copper points above her intelligent and hazel eyes. About Daisy
Daisy is very social and loving. She has no mean bones in her body. She loves everybody whether she knows you are not. She is 17" tall and 35 lbs. Daisy is medium energetic she could have more but she has adapted to my family. Both dogs are house dogs and both are potty trained. They use pee pad and also my back yard. Daisy does two walks a day and loves fetching her toys. She also loves watching movies during family time.

PawPrint Genetic Panel (Breed Specific), Hereditary (Juvenile) Cataracts (HC; JC), PRA, Rod-Cone Degeneration (PRA-prcd), Multiple Drug Sensitivity (MDR1)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
