I'm Kiersten H., the breeder behind Truax Brittanys located in Parkersburg, IA. Our dogs are bred for conformation and intelligence. We strive to have very well rounded dogs. They have been used for hunting, service dogs, falconry, and of course being a loving member of the family!
Why did you start breeding?
What makes your program special?
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Where do your breeding dogs live?
Kiersten has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.
After buyers complete the application and screening process, Kiersten partners with them to find the best puppy match.
“We believe the buyer should get to pick their dog. If you would like help selecting, we are more than happy to guide you in the right direction for a specific temperament.”

“The prices includes our guarantee, vaccinations, deworming, AKC litter registration, and proper maintained and vet checks. The deposit will hold a spot on a wait list if we do not have the desired color. If you would like a specific puppy, the deposit will also hold that puppy for you. Price of puppies depends on color.”
Kiersten may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. If Kiersten offers a contract or guarantee, the details will be personalized by them. If you have any questions or want to know more, don't hesitate to reach out to Kiersten directly.
When you pay and communicate on Good Dog, you’re covered by Payment Protection.
You can drive or fly to pick up your puppy from Kiersten.
