I'm Alexis A., the breeder behind Unique Poodles located in Kissimmee, FL. We responsibly breed, raise, and socialize healthy pups so others can enjoy the gift of living life with a Poodle! We fell in love with the breed because of their intelligence and personality. There’s hardly a better feeling than being able to share them with other families that will love them the way that we do! . We take pride in choosing the best dogs through various testing to ensure we have the healthiest breeding pairs .

Why did you start breeding?
I was a introduced into breeding by an accident when my two childhood dog got pregnant by a neighborhood mal dog that stuck in my yard . I had no idea what I was getting into being i was only a teenager . Once the puppies were here I loved ever step of it . I think that moment put a stamp in my head that one day it would love to have puppies not knowing that breeding to be my life calling .What makes your program special?
My breeding program is so special to me because of how it has created my family. Me and my partner run this program and is so dear to my heart . I love nutrition & nurturing . He love the training and allot of other factor of the program . When you buy puppy from us you are joining our family for a lifetime . We love to learn and educate our families which every puppy owner could benefit from. We don’t just sell puppies we provide a community of dog lovers.What are the different breed sizes in your program?

Alexis has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $2,000 - $4,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.
“The priced range included AKC or CKC Registration , First Round of Vaccinations , Health Certificate , 1 Year Health Guarantee , Puppy Care Bag (Inc: Toys , wee wee pads, blanket , treats , food etc.). Deposit will reserve your puppy . Full Payment is payed on day of pickup.”

Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
Patellar Luxation
Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.
Animal Genetics Panel, Full Embark Panel, DNA Disease Panel
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

When I reached out to Alexis about a poodle puppy, she was incredibly responsive and answered all of my questions thoroughly. When it came time to pick up our adorable 6 month old puppy, Alexis and her husband kindly met my husband and me halfway. They were both so friendly and spent plenty of time with us, making the experience feel personal and unrushed. Alexis even brought along food, treats, toys, and other thoughtful goodies for our new puppy, which we truly appreciated. Our puppy, Bubbles (now renamed Penny, lol), is absolutely adorable, and it’s clear that Alexis and her husband put so much care into raising her. She came to us already crate-trained and potty-trained, and she’s been sleeping through the night without any problems since we brought her home last week. Alexis was incredibly responsive and knowledgeable about the poodle breed. She was very helpful in answering my questions as well as encouraging and understanding when it came to dispelling any of my concerns. I shared with her my story of my childhood poodle passing last year after 13 1/2 years with him, and I could tell she kept this in mind throughout our interactions. I lost him very suddenly, so getting a new puppy did not go without a lot of thought and consideration. Finding a reputable breeder was very difficult, especially for the poodle breed. Health testing was a huge item on my list, but I easily found my puppies parents on the OFA website. This immediately made me feel more confident in Alexis being a reputable breeder, and she continued to prove that throughout my entire interaction with her in quickly providing documents, matching my puppies temperament with me, and really taking the time to teach him some foundational skills before coming to my home (potty training, crate training, etc.). Since getting my puppy, she has checked in several times and has been great in giving tips and tricks when I need during his transition period into my home. I highly recommend Alexis if you are looking for a miniature poodle:)
