I'm Juliette M., the breeder behind Upbeat Golden's located in Oregon. We breed Field Goldens with the intent that they are sold to performance homes. Agility, obedience, hunting, dock diving, tracking, all would be great activities for these high energy dogs. I do all health testing I can, I have DNA tests on my current breeding bitch, and I require all health tests on the stud I breed to.
Q. & A. with Juliette
Why did you start breeding?
I have always wanted to breed Goldens and I have the first dog that qualifies in all areas I want to pass on to future generations of Goldens.
What makes your program special?
We breed Field Goldens to be able to perform competitively in most dog sports. Goldens are versatile and we intend to continue to bring puppies into performance homes that are ready, willing and very able to compete at top levels. Agility, dock diving, tracking, obedience, rally, all very suitable for the dogs I will breed.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
